J. Richard Hill & Co. has played a major role in the revitalization of North Third Street, the Main Street of Bardstown, Kentucky, which is designated as the Bourbon Capital of the World. Over a 25-year period the company has produced comprehensive revitalization plans for North Third Street anchored by a Romanesque Court House on Courthouse Square and the 225-year-old Talbot Tavern.
In 2022, J. Richard Hill & Co. directed the design of the 3rd & Broadway Park, which is now under construction.
The master plan of the 3rd & Broadway Park includes a fountain, extensive landscaping, gardens, public restrooms, walks, and a “gathering lawn” to allow for a wide variety of opportunities for socialization and entertainment.
