J. Richard Hill & Co. was engaged in April of 2021 by Guerrier Development to create the master plan, lease plan, preliminary merchandising plan, and financial models for the resort hotels and 240,000 square foot retail village adjacent to the gateway to the planned Storyville Gardens Theme Park.
