J. Richard Hill & Co. was engaged by MSD Hospitality to examine the retail potential for its Fairmont Miramar located on Ocean Boulevard in Santa Monica, California and the Four Seasons Maui. The company analyzed the P&L of all operating shops and restaurants, studied the master plans of the resorts, and projected the net operating income and rental potential.
Recommendations were made to enhance the retail and food & beverage in Four Seasons Maui and to redevelop the retail and restaurants at the Miramar, which is currently in the entitlement process.
